How much ranged xp will i get from pest control in RuneScape?

I am combat lvl 104 with 93 ranged. I am looking for an alternate way to train xp besides killing monsters and i want to know if pest control is worth it. What is the best way to get ranged xp via pest control and how much will i get per hour or how can i calculate it?
