How do I know when we should get licensed for a lawn care business?

I wanted to start a lawn care service with my brother. Our ages are 16, and 23. I wanted to find out more about the legal part of starting a service. Is it okay to just go out and advertise for a service like this? Or is there a certain amount of money you can make without being licensed. I don’t plan on this being a large scale business (Really just in the neighborhoods around my town.) If you want more detailsheck out the other question I posted. Thanks!
