Nordstrom Rack takes 36,000 square feet in Boca

In a rare glimmer of good news for Palm Beach County’s retail market, Nordstrom Rack says today it’ll lease 36,000 square feet at the University Commons plaza at Glades Road and I-95 in Boca Raton. It’s going into a space once occupied by Circuit City, said landlord Doug Feurring of Schmier Feurring .
