600+ parking meters could come to downtown Delray Beach

Visitors say metered parking cuts into their time spent enjoying Delray Beach. “You have to stop what you’re doing and feed the meter and go back to what you’re doing; that’s an inconvenience,” says Christine Webb who lives in Boca Raton.
